Where: This event will be held at Camp James Ray on Lake Texoma Map
Who: Webelos I, II, parents, Cub leaders, Scouts BSA Units and Leaders
What: Webelos Woods is district-organized event that culminates in a weekend of fun outdoor activities with the intent of providing opportunities for advancement and to aid with the Webelos-to-Scout transition. Webelos and their adult partner will get an interactive preview of the Scouting program through a series of fun-filled activities accentuating the scouting experience.
Why: Great fun, rank advancement, meet troops and see how they organize camp.
When: Weekend of November 8-10, 2019.

Need minimum of 2 adults and 3 scouts to staff each event.

Webelos Woods will feature the following Adventures and allow Den Leaders to sign up for the Adventures they need. Each Webelos Den needs to have a Boy Scout from the host Troop to serve as a Den Guide. Then Den Guides will assist the Den Leaders through the varioius venues. (Adventures).
