Training dates have been posted to the calendar. If you have leaders who lack training, please insure that they allocate the time to attend training. Training is not just for front line leaders. Parents who want their scout to get the most out of the program, should attend training and learn just how the scouting program works. Training will make your job easier and you will get much better results. If you have questions please contact the training chair.
Youth Protection Training
Every registered adult must take the on-line version of youth protection training. The old "Face-to"Face" training has been replaced by the new online course. Go to my.scouting.org and create an account if you don't currently have one and take the training. Lacking youth protection training will preclude completion of your unit re-charter, so don't delay getting this out of the way.
